We now have an opportunity for a first-class HR Advisor to join our dynamic and vibrant team and support our Senior Human Resources Business Partner.

 

The HR Advisor will be a key link between the business and the HR function.  By working closely with Line Managers and Employees, you will manage the day-to-day HR and people issues within the business enabling teams and individuals to be successful.  Your focus will be on building a close working relationship with Line Managers and Employees so that you become a trusted HR Advisor who can add value to the business.

 

Qualifications and Experience Required:

 

·       Previous HR Generalist experience is critical (ideally in a HR Advisor or HR Manager role).

·       A high level of technical HR experience is essential, including experience of dealing with complex case management (such as grievances, disciplinaries, investigations and tribunals).

·       A thorough understanding of HR specialisms (such as Recruitment, Talent, Employee Engagement, L&D, Payroll and HR Admin)  

·       Experience of managing others is desirable, but not essential.

·       Highly analytical, the role holder must be able to turn complex and detailed HR data into a compelling story, a people strategy or a business proposal.

Dendron turns products into brands. Part of the DDD group of companies, Dendron is a marketing and sales company that develops OTC healthcare, toiletries and beauty brands in the UK.

Role and Responsibilities

Essential Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a marketing operations role with P&L responsibility.
  • A balance of strategic, analytical and creative skills.
  • Project leadership and experience with strategy development with successful results.
  • Analytic capability to help lead business case, address business issues and opportunities and make strategic recommendations.
  • Understanding of digital and social media.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in the Health & Beauty industry (specifically skincare and/or OTC)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop the sourcing Strategy for all sectors of Chemicals/Packaging defining the current suppliers, a desired future state and provide and implement the strategy to reduce cost, supplier numbers and lead time whilst improving the overall service DDD receive
  • Continue to develop supplier approval process throughout DDD Ltd ensuring we do not proliferate suppliers
  • Jointly approve suppliers in conjunction with QA and the management team to ensure all suppliers are risk assessed
  • Create annualised plans to reduce inventory in line with business requirements.
  • Deliver lead time reduction project with support of supply chain, through supplier improvement or better buying
  • Support the costing process to ensure a balanced sign off between planning, buying and quality is achieved
  • Deliver 100% data accuracy for the new product information loaded onto Syspro ensuring EBQ, Pan size, lead time and price list are updated
  • Improve the Network of the buying team with similar SME’s, suppliers and trade bodies
  • Manage the approved supplier process to ensure we only trade with those that are deemed responsible suppliers
  • Constantly review costing structures

The ideal candidate will CIPS qualified or working towards the qualification, experience in a similar or equivalent role and be PC literate (MS Excel and Word, MRP/ERP systems)

You will ensure that all site equipment runs at maximum efficiency, attend breakdowns promptly and ensure that all work orders and planned maintenance tasks are completed within the agreed time frame.

We are looking for someone who has experience with repairing and maintaining very fast production lines and has a relevant engineering/electrical qualification such as 17th Edition.

We now have an opportunity for a QC Analyst to join our busy team on a 3-month fixed term contract.

General Duties:

  • Perform analytical testing in an accurate, timely and efficient manner, consistent with cGMP requirements. Testing of raw materials, intermediates and finished products using current pharmacopoeia, customer and internal methods as required.
  • Ensure documentation is accurate, legible and presented clearly and concisely, consistent with cGMP requirements.
  • Document all activities associated with cGMP compliance and internal procedures. These include, but are not limited to, instrument calibration and maintenance, method protocol and report, out of specification (OOS) investigations and deviation reports.
  • Perform statistical analysis of QC data
  • Use of the company’s LIMS system for the purposes of QC testing.
  • Communicate with the QC Laboratory Manager, Operations, QA, client representatives, service providers and equipment vendors as appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records. Attend training seminars and sessions related to any of the above-mentioned topics.
  • Once trained, review other analysts work.
  • Once trained, train other analysts
  • Maintain cleanliness of laboratory and workspace.
  • Order routine chemicals and consumables as appropriate.
  • Work within current EHS guidelines and provide input into EHS improvements within the QC laboratory and elsewhere on site.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of product development projects from ideation through to delivery to the customer.  This includes both NPD and EPD.

This is an exciting and demanding role that will play a key part in nurturing our home brands business as well as building relationships with external customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support our Home Brands team with development of the NPD&E pipeline across the portfolio of brands by;
    • Brief in and manage product development process from concept to launch
    • Work with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered within budget (COG & margin targets)
    • Daily key point of contact for the Home Brands team at Fleet, responsible for collating all information from the subject matter experts
    • Liaise with legal, regulatory and QA teams to substantiate claims and establish compliance/classification and follow appropriate internal processes.
  • Overall delivery of project plans (CPA’s) in accordance with customer agreed time plans
  • Creation of full and accurate project plans (CPA’s) for each NPD / EPD project
  • Regularly update project plans (CPA’s) to track actions completed
  • Insert project plans (CPA’s) into master tracking document(s).
  • Issue weekly status report to Head of Product Management
  • Hold key stakeholders accountable for delivering their actions for each project
  • Issue agendas and actions for all NPD/EPD meetings – status, risk assessments, briefings, pre/post launch.
  • Manage risks and issues in the project and develop contingency plans where required in collaboration with the account manager.
  • Escalate risks / issues to Head of Product Development
  • Ensure compliance with all role related SOP’s and work instructions. Review and update when appropriate in collaboration with the other Product Managers.

The ideal person will have a background in Pharmaceuticals or Medical Devices and will be looking to take the next step in their career.

Main duties will include the loading and off-loading of incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times, and general day to day warehouse duties.
