Key Responsibilities:

 

Hands-On Business Intelligence:

  • Responsible for working with key business stakeholders to define, design and develop end user reporting, KPIs, and business analytics.
  • Document high-level requirements to create detailed technical designs to align with standard architecture.
  • Estimate overall cost and timelines for often complex solutions.

To ensure we reach our goals we are looking for an experienced National Account Manager to join our successful team and manage our Boots account.

This is a home-based position with travel to our Head Office in Watford when required.

 

Main purpose of the role:

To lead the delivery of Dendron KPIs within defined categories in Boots and in conjunction with the Pharmacy Controller to develop, agree and successfully deliver the Boots Joint Business Plan.

This will require translating Dendron and Principal brand plans into deliverable sales plans that consider things from a Dendron, Principal, Boots, Brand and Category perspective

It will also require long term strategic planning, as well as short term tactical commercial delivery.

Ownership of Boots P&L is key, and the National Account Manager must have a robust understanding of the impact of their decision making on the P&L. 

Cross functional working is important so that strong internal and Principal relationships are fostered and the overall relationship between Dendron and Boots is grown and developed.

A further key function of this role is to lead, manage and develop the Pharmacy National Account Executive to ensure delivery of Dendron budgets within the NAE account remit

Requirements for the role:

Strong commercial background with a track record of delivering success at National Account level and recent experience in working with and managing a Boots account.  

Excellent sales skills including communicating, influencing and negotiating

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and support key projects utilising both internal expertise and approved contractors relating to process improvements pertaining to; waste reduction, labour efficiency and productivity increases, environmental/energy saving initiatives, safer working practices, etc. Must be able to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
  • To continually review equipment specification to ensure these are ‘best fit’ and make recommendations for change where appropriate.
  • Create a reliable plant & equipment lifecycle plan and support this with a structured capital investment plan
  • Ability to thrive in a pressured environment, with limited direction and broad responsibilities.
  • Identify root cause(s) of engineering downtime and introduce effective measures such as ERD and MTBF data for analysis to eliminate/reduce.

Key Responsibilities:

§  Manage supply chain data and related analytics by designing, producing, analysing, continuously improving, and presenting monthly supply chain metrics, measuring operational and financial performance against specific objectives

§  Design and produce monthly internal reports and metrics to measure performance against contractual deliverables, and to measure internal operational performance, identify trends and issues, and to measure internal efficiency

§  Identify, prioritize, structure, and solve complex supply chain problems using data mining, analytics, and business judgment

Due to our continuing success and ambitious growth plans we are looking for two Senior Warehouse Operatives with current fork lift licenses to join our fantastic team. Our Warehouse will be operating to a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 14:00, 09:00 – 17:00 and 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday.  

Key Responsibilities

To perform all Warehouse, Administrative and Quality Control related tasks including:

-        Loading and unloading of vehicles and completing all relevant paperwork accurately

-        Safely locating stock into available warehouse racking whilst ensuring the electronic stock transfer system is accurately adhered to.

-        Pick orders for UK and international customers using handheld RF equipment and/or picking notes meeting customer requirements for order assembly and customer deadlines

-        Replenish stock into pick faces or other locations as advised using appropriate MHE

-        Counting warehouse stock as required

-        Using Syspro and WMS system in relation to relevant warehouse admin tasks

-        Populate and manage ‘goods in/goods out’ booking document

-        Able to receipt manufactured SKU’s, bought in and non-stock parts, produce and control relevant paperwork

-        Help maintain and ensure safe use of warehouse equipment

-        To perform quality inspections on incoming packaging, components of DDD and its contractual customers.

-        Raising relevant incident reports and deviations in QMS for defective incoming goods.

-        To clearly label, store and control defective or rejected packaging

-        Maintain documentation and retained samples relating to packaging components

-        Conduct audits both on and off line to verify product quality

-        Maintain awareness of calibration of QC equipment

We have a fantastic opportunity for a two Manufacturing Managers to join our amazing team. The ideal candidate will have a background in Production and Manufacturing and be a first-class team leader.

 

You will be working on a rotating shift of 05:30 – 13:30 and 14:00 – 22:00 and managing the teams within Production, Dispensary and Process.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Ø  Maintain Visibility on the shop floor, driving performance of the team and support functions to deliver the plan.  Using the PDP process, manage the teams through the 1-1 programme to develop both team and the individual by providing support and quality feedback.

 

Ø  Need to learn and understand all key Cost aspects of the production Floor. This includes Labour Costs/ Wastage Costs (bulk & packaging )/ Downtime Costs/ Productivity.

 

Ø  Improve Labour Costs, by accurately recording the labour efficiency and Labour rate and deliver improvements of 20% and 50% respectively.

 

Ø  Assist and facilitate improvement initiatives on production efficiency to achieve an average of 85% on capacity constrained lines and 75% on remaining production lines.

 

Ø  Collect the MDI data from the Line Managers to analyse the detail and communicate findings to the Production manager.

 

Ø  Working with the Production Manager, agree both short and long- term plans to ensure continuous improvement is carried out in areas that is obstructing productivity improvements

 

Ø  Manage the adherence of the production plan by ensuring the correct utilisation of personnel and ensure that any changes and unforeseen events are communicated and escalated where necessary, thus ensuring a minimum 85% plan attainment figure.

 

Ø  Attend the MDI meetings, and any other relevant meetings, ensuring that thorough preparation is carried out, to add value to the meeting.

Ø  Working with the operational excellence team, Ensure that the LEAN values are being adhered to and continuous improvements put in place.

As a regulatory affairs officer, you'll ensure the appropriate licensing, marketing and legal compliance of DDD range of products in order to control their safety and efficacy. Products include:

You will be the crucial link between DDD, its products and regulatory authorities, and will combine your knowledge of scientific, legal and business issues to ensure products, which are developed, manufactured or distributed by DDD group meet the required legislation.

Key Responsibilities

·        Help in preparing and submitting marketing authorisation applications of reliable quality in timely manner to MHRA and other Regulatory authorities in a timely manner.

·        Communicate and liaise with the MHRA and Regulatory Authorities as required.

·        Respond to RFI’s from Competent Authorities fully and promptly.

·        Help in CTD Conversions (content and format) – eCTD and Nees format

·        Help in maintaining product life cycle management (variations, renewals, annual reports)- Post approval changes.

·        Maintain manufacturer/importer and wholesale dealer’s licences.

·        Ensure compliance with legislation and any new regulatory requirements.

·        Promoting awareness to staff of meeting customer and regulatory requirements.

·        Understand the regulatory requirements of different authorities.
