Fleet Laboratories Ltd is an experienced manufacturer of a wide range of toiletry products, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. We ensure an understanding of our customer's businesses to whom we offer a wide range of services, including formulation development, material purchasing, manufacture and analysis.

We currently have a number of opportunities for Production Operators to join our busy team on a 3 month fixed term contract.

We operate on a rotating shift pattern of 05:30 - 13:00 and 14:00 - 22:00.

Salary is £18,079 with an additional shift allowance of £3,001 for shift workers and overtime will be available.

We are currently looking for a self motivated Warehouse Operative to join our busy team. A current Fork Lift Truck License is required for this role.

Main duties will include the loading and off-loading of incoming and outgoing deliveries, ensure the warehouse is kept clean and tidy at all times, and general day to day warehouse duties.

Our Warehouse will be operating to a rotating shift pattern of 06:00 – 14:00, 09:00 – 17:00 and 14:00 – 22:00 Monday to Friday. 

The successful candidate must be able to work well as part of a team.

We currently have an opportunity for a Materials Compliance Officer to join our busy team.

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:

·        Quality inspection of incoming packaging components of DDD and its contractual customers.   

·        Management of packaging retained samples and documentation.  

·        Raising Deviations/CAPAs for defective incoming goods and from production line, including applying reject stickers, investigations and completing computer stock movements    

·        Control of calibration of QC incoming and Pack Tech equipment.

·        Release of packaging components conforming to specification

·        Undertake tasks as designated by Quality Management and have an understanding of eQMS. In particular (Q Pulse).

·        Management of finished product retained sample store including responding to sample requests from other departments

·        To understand relevant ISO/Medical Device/FDA requirements and take the audit lead when receiving internal and external audits.

·        To have the ability to perform tasks as required for the QMS  

·        To review, and create all relevant Quality documentation

·        To co-ordinate the Quality Management System, within GDP/Warehouse environment

·        To ensure components inspected are available for production’s needs, or to ensure they are quarantined accordingly.

Within DDD, the Engineering function acts as a key enabler to the commercial success of the business.

 

We are now recruiting for a Multi Skilled Engineer to ensure that all site equipment runs at maximum efficiency and support all aspects of the operation.

 

The successful candidate will attend to breakdowns, carry out repairs and undertake planned maintenance inspections.

 

You will need an engineering qualification that is Electrical related and have experience of working in Manufacturing, ideally within the Pharmaceutical or Food industry.
